1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Marlin Plumbing Heating & Air website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a service appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Marlin Plumbing Heating & Air provides plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and water treatment services in St. George, Utah and surrounding Washington County communities.

All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and the physical conditions of the property where service is requested. We reserve the right to decline service in circumstances that pose safety risks to our technicians or require licensing beyond our scope.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Estimates are based on our initial assessment of the work required and may be provided in person, by phone, or in writing.

Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service that were not apparent at the time of the estimate. We will always communicate any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work. You are never obligated to authorize work beyond your original request.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we provided, contact us within 30 days and we will return to assess the issue at no charge. Our goal is to resolve any concern quickly and fairly.

This guarantee covers workmanship defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. In the event of an emergency call or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Same-day cancellations for non-emergency scheduled appointments may be subject to a service fee.

7. Property Access & Safety

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. Please secure pets and ensure the work area is accessible. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible areas or unsafe conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marlin Plumbing Heating & Air is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, power surges, manufacturer defects in parts or equipment, or issues with systems not serviced by our team.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any website content. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
